For local pick-up from Sydenham 3037, we use a booking calendar so everything runs smoothly for you (and the freezer):

• After placing your order, you’ll be prompted to book a 1-hour collection window via our online calendar.

• Once your time slot is confirmed, you’ll receive:

  • The full pick-up address

  • Any additional instructions or details to make collection easy

This helps ensure your Raw4Paws stays frozen and ready to go straight into your freezer when you get home.

Because Raw4Paws is a frozen raw food, we’re careful about how it’s handled and transported. Our upcoming courier options are being set up to keep your order safely frozen in transit, so it arrives in top condition.
