Raw4Paws Frozen Food Policy

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on any Raw4Paws frozen raw dog food once it has left our premises / been delivered.

Because this is a raw, temperature-sensitive product:

  • We cannot verify proper storage or handling after pickup/delivery.
  • We cannot re-stock or resell any returned product, even if unopened.
  • Returning raw food creates a contamination risk for other pets.

For that reason, all sales of Raw4Paws frozen dog food are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for change of mind, your dog not liking the flavour, or ordering the wrong protein/size.

Please check your order carefully before checkout.
If you’re unsure which product is right for your dog (protein, fat content, allergy considerations), reach out before you buy — we’re happy to help you choose.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives with the wrong items, or arrives thawed/damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the product label
  • the product condition

We’ll review this case-by-case and let you know the next step.
