Thaws4Paws – Shipping & Pickup Policy
We keep it simple: dry treats ship, frozen Raw4Paws is pickup (for now).
1) Treats (Non-Frozen Items)

Carrier: Australia Post

Dispatch: Daily (Mon–Fri) on orders placed before 12pm AEST.

Flat Rate: $15 AUD Australia-wide.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once lodged.

Authority to Leave (ATL): You may choose ATL at checkout. If selected, delivery is at your risk once AusPost scans it as delivered.
Note: Once your parcel leaves us, Australia Post handles transit timelines. Please use your tracking link for updates.
2) Raw4Paws (Frozen Products)

Shipping: Coming soon

Pickup: Local pickup by scheduled appointment only.

Your responsibility after pickup: Once the product leaves our premises, it’s your responsibility to keep it frozen (bring a cooler/ice packs, go straight home—your pet will thank you).
3) Local Delivery (Coming Soon)
We’re finalising a delivery schedule for Melbourne Metro and regional VIC.
Details will include delivery days, zones, and fees. Stay tuned—this will appear here, and on our checkout page, once live.
4) Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery (Treats)
Further information will be provided soon.
5) Damaged or Missing Parcels (Treats)
If your treats arrive damaged or go missing in transit, contact us within 3 business days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll help you lodge an AusPost investigation.
6) Frozen Product Care & Risk
Critical: For Raw4Paws, once the order leaves us (pickup or future local delivery), you are responsible for keeping it frozen and safe. Please ensure someone is available to receive and store it immediately.
